As someone who worked as a provisional appraiser for almost 4 years, let me assure you, the only way to earn a descent living in this profession is by working in a limited territory of your choosing whereby you can learn and understand that particular market segment.

ValueQuest Appraisal offers a generous fee split to all of its affiliate appraisers, a limited territory of your choosing and a great work environment.  Individual training is also provided on an as needed basis. 

Current openings include: Residential real estate appraisers.

Familiarity with ACI appraisal software & WinSketch sketching software is a plus but not essential in being considered for employment.
