With this service lenders are able to receive the completed appraisal in as little as 3 business days or less from the date and time in which the subject property was inspected by one of our appraisers. All appraisals are prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards Of Professional Appraisal Practice, (USPAP) and Fannie Mae's guidelines. As a result your underwriters should find less of a need for addendum requests thereby making the underwriting process of our appraisals go much faster than that of our competitors. |
